Lawn Doctor would like to invite you to engage in our evaluation process. Our process will take approximately 60 days to complete and will consist of 1 – 2 phone appointments per week of approximately 30 – 45 minutes each.

Step 1: Inquiry and Expectations
Fill out our short form on our home page. We will call you to schedule a convenient time to discuss your background, market availability, timing and financials.
During this introductory step, we want to get to know you and what you want to accomplish, while you learn more about us. We will share the process in more detail and make a commitment to one another as to how we will evaluate the mutual fit.
Each of the steps to follow will be a phone appointment accompanied by a review of the related online module. This module will be available to you for subsequent visits and to share with your spouse or key advisor.
Step 2: Business Model
We will share in detail what makes Lawn Doctor different, the key drivers to success, investment details, financial performance, and funding options.
At the conclusion of this step, we will request that you complete a personal profile and personal financial statement. Shortly thereafter, we will send you a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for review.
Step 3: FDD Review and Marketing/Sales Programs
We will answer any questions you have on the Franchise Disclosure Document and provide details on how we open and help grow franchise locations.
Step 4: Training and Support
We will discuss the various ways we educate franchisees and assist on an ongoing basis to positively impact results.
Step 5: Technology
We will talk more about how technology is improving our franchisees businesses every day and how we are helping franchisees continuously get more knowledge and efficiency out of the technology solutions we provide.
Step 6: Join the Team Day
We’ll invite you to our corporate office and manufacturing facility in N.J. for an informative and exciting day with our management team. At the conclusion of your visit we will make a decision about whether to extend an invitation to join our team. If approved for the franchise, we expect that you will be in a position to make a decision about whether or not to join Lawn Doctor within 2 business days.
